I am a doctor of the organizational sciences holding a degree from the George Washington University in Human Resource Development. My current research continues to focus upon the intersection of identity and strategy in hybrid identity organizations. In addition, my graduate (Adult & Organizational Learning) and undergraduate (Psychology) work was completed at Temple University - Go Owls! As a practitioner, I have been involved with helping organizations succeed for over twenty years. In 2009, I launched my own management consulting firm. Prior to that, I had the honor of holding a number of senior level positions at the international, national and local levels for some of the world's most exciting nonprofit organizations. Additionally, I offer over six years of teaching online and face-to-face courses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. My courses include human resources, business, nonprofit management, research methodologies. APA 6 and information literacy. I am available to help with a wide variety of courses within the disciplines of: -Human Resources, Business -Organizational Development/Behavior -Leadership -Nonprofit Management -Behavioral Sciences In addition, if you require help with research methodologies, conducting research and of course, APA 6, I can help.
