Located in Glenside, PA, I am a tutor with a passion for helping children grow as students. I have used my confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm to create engaging learning experiences for my students. I am currently working towards my master's degree in Education for Early Elementary Education at Arcadia University. I have worked with learners in all age groups and skill levels, and I have been teaching and tutoring students in a variety of settings as well. For the past three years I have been working with students ranging from kindergarten to 7th grade, helping them with their homework in the afternoons. I have also worked with students in other after school programs, private tutoring, classrooms, summer school, and day care. I consider myself to be very patient and nurturing to the needs of my students. I believe that my diverse background in teaching, and strong emotional intelligence gives me the ability to adapt my teaching approach to cater to the pace and style of each student. I am most passionate about sharing my knowledge in Math, Spanish, Writing, Reading, English, Arithmetic, Special Education, and Cantonese. I also help students prepare for tests and exams. In my free time I enjoy arts and crafts, and traveling.
